Jarred Dixon has four scholarship offers to his credit at this time, including one from Missouri State. Schools like Dixon’s versatility and his willingness to get better.
“I’m a guy that can put the ball in the basket in a lot of was. I’m a scorer, but I can handle the ball and get teammates involved,” Dixon said.
“I can always improve on everything about my game, whether it’s shooting or defense and getting stronger in the weight room (said the 6-foot-3, 160-pounder).”
Besides Missouri State Dixon’s other offers are from Drake, North Carolina Greensboro and North Dakota. He’s also hearing from Nebraska-Omaha. But he’s very high on Missouri State.
“I think Missouri State is a good program. I’ve been down there a couple of times. I enjoyed my last visit down there. They have a nice campus and facilities. The coaching staff is really trying to build to be good in the future,” Dixon said.
Dixon’s offer from Missouri State was a long time coming.
“It felt good to get an offer from Missouri State. They had been recruiting me since last year. So it felt good that they finally pulled the trigger on me,” he finished.
